Returns Policy
At Csera, our priority is your satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy please work with us and we will be happy to help solve your problem.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world from beautiful Istanbul, Turkey.

Delivery between 1 to 5 weeks (not including weekends) to all countries

Delays at import Customs are not uncommon and we have no control over any resulting inconvenience from them. Please be patient, as international shipment may take as little as one week or as much as two months on rare occasions.

Delays are to be expected during higher-volume mailing periods, such as the pre-Christmas shopping season etc.

Additional Information

Extreme weather conditions like hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes may effect delivery times. You can get up to date reports from your shipping providers' website and if they are experiencing any delays.

Some countries customs clearance offices run extra checks at peak times, this could be due to high security alerts, threats, or additional training. These are for your protection and safety.

Public holidays can cause delays in packages being delivered. To check postal service public holidays, visit their website or local office to obtain information.

If there is a public holiday in Turkey, we will contact you to let you know that your shipment may arrive late.

Postal strikes will slow the delivery process down considerably. Please check your postal service website for updates and reports should you have not received your purchase after the 5 business week shipping speed

Double check around the house to be sure that it didn't arrive. Maybe another member of the house or neighbor may have accepted the delivery and not told you, the note left by the courier may have slipped under a carpet for example.

Did you give us the correct address? Please ensure your address was written correctly on your invoice. You will be surprised as to how many cases we receive back to us due to incorrect addresses.

Your mailbox outside is full. Couriers will not wish to damage your package by forcing it into a full mailbox. So they may leave a note stating that they tried to delivery.Were you available to accept the delivery? Some mailboxes are too small to fit our packages so they will need to be either left with a neighbor or taken from the courier directly. If you were not around to accept delivery then a note may or may not be left for you to contact the postal office to rearrange a more suitable delivery time.
